Mental health for data professionals panel discussion

In 2018, Microsoft program manager Matthew Roche published a blog post titled "Talking About Mental Health is Important" that included this frank admission: "I thought it was just me. I thought that I was just having a harder time doing things that were easier for others. I felt lessened, and inadequate. I felt broken." Since then, dozens of readers have reached out to Matthew to say "thank you" and to say "I also thought it was just me." In this panel discussion Matthew is joined by SQLBits organizer Simon Sabin and other data platform community members to share their personal stories, tips, and advice for thriving as a data professional in today's complex world.
