Session on all the non technical factors which can have a major impact on the delivery of a BI solution.
The aim of this talk is to shed some light on the importance of:
- communication
- analysing people and not just data
- being able to influence people
- being able to empathise with people and understand their needs
- being able to REALLY get out of people the vital information we need in order to deliver the best scalable solution
- being able to see the big picture
- being able to bring people together and work cross-functionally

...and finally analysis on what happens when we don't priorities the above skills and behaviors, and how our relationships, timelines and requirements can be impacted in a negative way.
