In this session, we look at the underestimated risks of high blood sugar levels and possible countermeasures. Even regular visits to the doctor often don't include a blood glucose analysis for people who are not yet of retirement age.

Session Details

Unlike forestry workers, who spend the whole day actively out in the fresh air, IT professionals often sit in front of a computer for hours on end. Without an active hobby such as marathon running, it is difficult to reach the recommended 10k steps per day. The pandemic and working from home have further exacerbated this situation - an experience many of us share, especially as most of us are no longer in our twenties.

In this session, we look at the underestimated risks of high blood sugar levels and possible countermeasures. Even regular visits to the doctor often don't include a blood glucose analysis for people who are not yet of retirement age.

An unhealthy diet, lack of exercise and obesity can lead to a dangerous downward spiral.
