Fabric (DP-600/700) in a day

Fabric is Microsoft’s newest technology for quickly developing a modern data platform, and it is gaining traction fast.

This 1-day training provides an overview of the Fabric components you can use to build a data platform. We start with an introduction to the Medallion architecture and then quickly dive into the technology to create a Lakehouse. We will go through all Extract, Transform, and Load options and discuss the pros and cons of each. We will build a Gold layer using Data Warehouse and Semantic Models. Security and CI/CD will be covered, as well as real-time data processing using Fabric Eventhouse.

This training is for data engineers, data analysts, and Power BI developers who want to leverage the capabilities of Microsoft Fabric. The training uses the Microsoft exams DP-600 and DP-700 as a starting point. It can serve as exam preparation for people who already have some working experience with Fabric. It can also serve as a starting point for those who are new to Fabric but want to get certified.

After this day, you will have the skills to work with Microsoft Fabric in real-life projects. You will also have gained the necessary knowledge to move toward certification in Microsoft Fabric.
