Nicole is an Account Manager at Redgate Software, having spent the past few years working with customers across EMEA and the Americas to implement compliant database DevOps. Passionate about database development, operations, and security, she has helped companies standardize workflows, mitigate risk, and reduce downtime. Nicole has collaborated with customers across various industries—from Technology to Manufacturing and Finance—to modernize practices and keep pace with the evolving database landscape. Nicole has delivered talks at numerous industry events, most recently in this year's Redgate Summit: London, where she co-delivered a session on De-risking the Database. Sharing insights with peers and discussing real-world challenges that she's seen firsthand has deepened her understanding of the role database DevOps plays in modern software delivery.
