Stephan Stoltze
Stephan Stoltze is a Principal Consultant – Data & AI at Stoltze IT with more than 25 years of experience in data engineering and analytics on the Microsoft data platform.
He designs and implements solutions using SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks, combining classic data engineering patterns with modern lakehouse and AI capabilities. Stephan also teaches courses on T-SQL, analytical data modelling, Power BI and LLM-based data analysis, helping teams apply new technology in a pragmatic, real-world way.
Stephan has delivered many sessions at SQLBits over the years, as well as talks at other community and customer events, and enjoys turning complex topics into practical guidance for data professionals.
He is also co-founder of Orange Man, a training company focused on hands-on Microsoft BI and data engineering education.
