Overcoming imposter syndrome

Imposter syndrome, that feeling you do as good as everyone else. So many of us feel that way, we can find ways of facing it and maybe overcoming it. This session is about looking at it and overcoming with.
Session Details
You are in a meeting or sitting at your desk, you begin to compare yourself to your team members. Then part of you thinks that it's clear, you are not as good as them, when will they find out? what happens when they do? Maybe a team member or your manager tells you how they think you did in doing that task or answer the client's tricky question. Then you think well they are just being nice to me. Do you think or feel that way sometimes?
This session is about trying to understand those feelings and thoughts.
First you will find out that you just like so many other people and they feel the same way.
We will also explore practical ways in which can help to tackle imposter syndrome
When you leave this session you will hopefully have an understanding of why we feel this way. Maybe some insights into the ways in which we can overcome this. Most of all leave the session knowing others feel just like you do and that’s ok

Power BI has many amazing features that will make life much easier and more efficient. Yes, incremental refresh is one of them, so you read the official Microsoft documentation. Maybe once, then again, just a few more times. Now you have more questions than answers. Or was that just how I felt? If you thought the same thing or want to ask questions, this session is for you.
This session will look at setting up incremental refreshes for both Dataflows and Datasets. Explain what ALL the different settings mean and words we can all understand. How will I perform this daring feat? Using a combination of words, pictures and examples. As part of the presentation, I will share the demo code so you can try this at home.
